Program Details
Camp Magnífico is an interactive, hands-on language learning experience featuring adventures in art, music and games. Camp is taught entirely in Spanish and on Day 1, we teach our students how to respond, ask questions and utilize common phrases such as "I don't understand" or "I'm thirsty" during their week of Total Spanish Immersion.
We combine vocabulary and conversational phrases to introduce your camper to all aspects of the Spanish language! The daily activities vary from playing Spanish bingo to creative art projects to charades to shaving cream paintings to singing and much more! Your camper will go home with all their completed projects as well as newsletters to help them learn and reinforce the Spanish language.
Camp Magnífico is taught in themes and each week is independent, thus allowing your student to attend all summer or just one week! Your student does not need a background in Spanish. We enroll kids with no Spanish as well as kids from bilingual families. We go on imaginary trips to various Spanish-speaking countries which gives us consistent vocabulary and conversational phrases to practice. The weekly activities are all different, therefore, you can sign up your camper for whichever weeks work for your schedule!
